Greg Welker Retires; Dave Coyne is the New MdQI Co-Chair

Congratulations to Dave Coyne, the new SHA Deputy Administrator/Chief Engineer for Operations and MdQI Co-Chair. Dave most recently served as SHA's District Engineer for District 7 and as the Co-Chair of the MdQI Transportation Operations Sub-Committee.

Dave has taken the place of Greg Welker, who recently retired from SHA after 30 years of State service.  MdQI wishes Greg all the best in his retirement!

The next MdQI Conference and annual Awards of Excellence will be held February 4-5, 2015 at the Baltimore Convention Center.

Thanks to everyone who attended the 21st annual MdQI Conference, "Delivering on Maryland's Transportation Investment"  held February 12 and 13, 2014 at the Baltimore Convention Center

Due to the snowstorm on Day Two, February 13, some of the technical sessions were canceled.  Some of the technical session presentations are available for viewing and downloading on the Conference section of the website.
